This story is about my quest to replicate a cauliflower dish we get when we go to the Curry Leaf. I'm not sure I'm close other than I'm using cauliflower and hot stuff, but, the experimenting is still yummy.
What you see here is Gobi (Indian for cauliflower, fyi) Manchurian. The dish is still super delicious. I found the recipe here. And it would be, since you deep fry the cauliflower. (See Bob Harper comment above).
